A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager with extensive experience in luxury brand management. The role involves overseeing sales activities, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the best customer experience while achieving store targets. Candidates should have strong sales planning and negotiation skills, along with a commitment to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform sales acitivies, lead team to achieve store targets
Uphold brand standards and provide best experience to customers
Ensure complaint handling is as per brand guideline and standard.
Manage, train and develop staff to meet company's standard
Manage inventory and cycle stock count.
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors such as warehouse, accounting company and etc..
Supervise, review and send reports as assigned such as daily cash deposit, sales, OOS, competitors report.
Collaborate and work closely with HQ in order to performed assigned tasks and any activities to boost sales and brand in Singapore market
Able to handle the purchase of store supplies or any troubleshootings
Requirement:
5 years of retail sales experience with at least 3 years in luxury brand management
Experienced in sales planning, store operations, rostering and leading a diverse sales team
Good selling and negotiation skills
Able to work in shifts during retail operating hours, weekends & public holiday
