We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager for the Swatch Group Prestige Brand. The Boutique Manager is fully responsible for the management and performance of the store and plays a key role in seeking new business opportunities. They are expected to act as entrepreneurs, demonstrating proactive, strategic actions towards their responsibilities. With strong managerial, interpersonal, and technical skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, the Boutique Manager is accountable for meeting sales objectives, building long-lasting client relationships, and leading a top-notch boutique team.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in retail, leading a team, with a focus on watch product knowledge, sales, client satisfaction, luxury experience, and etiquette.
