Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual and monthly sales goals set by the Group.

• Develop and implement strategic CRM solutions to engage, retain, and delight customers, elevating the brand’s overall customer experience.

• Lead, motivate, train, and coach the store team to optimize sales performance and meet set sales objectives.

• Organize in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, with a focus on strengthening the local market.

• Work closely with teams in Hong Kong and HQ, including merchandising and marketing, to ensure alignment with group guidelines on category management, visual merchandising (VM), and sales ceremonies.

Requirements

• Degree or qualification in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in the luxury retail industry.

• Strong passion for the retail industry with a keen understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends.

• Expertise in store operations, customer service, team management, and staff training.

• Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.
