About the role
We are looking for the next Boutique Manager for a High end brand.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Implement merchandising and visual merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and appeal

• Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards

• Collaborate with the broader retail team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the high-end consumer products industry

• Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and employees

• Passion for the retail industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in addition of local language.
