Job summary

A retail recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Retail Associate to provide customer service and maintain boutique standards.   • Oversee stock control and ensure proper upkeep of boutique inventory.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, including updating stock and footfall reports.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately, including cash and credit card processing.
  • Record after-sales activities and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Comply with all retail operational procedures and company policies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
