Grand Seiko Asia-Pacific Private Limited seeks a Boutique Associate at Grand Seiko Boutique – Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. You will deliver personalized, high-touch luxury retail experiences, engage clients with product storytelling, and drive boutique sales in a premium environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay current on collections, and support store operations while upholding the brand’s standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: luxury retail sales 2–3 years preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for luxury shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored recommendations and in-depth watch presentations to meet boutique targets.
• Convey Grand Seiko history, precision, and craftsmanship to clients.
• Build and manage a personal client database, hosting VIPs and arranging follow-ups.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, security compliance, and daily store tasks.
• Stay updated on new collections, limited editions, and industry trends.
• Maintain boutique appearance and cleanliness to Brand standards; support team as needed.

Role Overview

As a Boutique Associate, you will be the ambassador of Grand Seiko's heritage and horological expertise. You will create personalized, high-touch luxury retail experiences, build long-term clientrelationships, and achieve boutique sales goals.

KeyResponsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales: Provide tailored recommendations, conduct in-depth watch presentations, and deliver exceptional service to achieve individual and boutique targets.
• Brand Storytelling: Convey the history, technical precision (Spring Drive, High-Beat, Quartz), and craftsmanship of Grand Seiko timepieces.
• Clientele & Relationship Building: Manage and cultivate a personal client database, hosting VIP clients and organizing follow-up consultations.
• Boutique Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, security compliance, and daily store administrative tasks.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new collection launches, limited editions, and industry trends.
• Boutique upkeep & maintenance: Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are maintained to the Brand's standards. Ensure cleanliness, safety and security.
• Teamwork: Adapts to different situations and seek support from and provide support to colleagues. Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience (high-end watch, jewellery, or fashion experience is highly preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage to serve luxury shoppers at Marina Bay Sands.
• Attitude: Passionate about haute horlogerie, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-centric.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, aligned with boutique operating hours.
