Botnotch Technologies - Software Implementation Specialist - RFID

Scope Of Work: To facilitate, coordinate, and execute the complete installation of the RFID Software at the client site while building and maintaining a good relationship with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. RFID Software Implementation Operations at Client Site:
   • Collect data about existing client hardware, software, networking, or key business processes to inform the implementation of RFID technology.
   • Select appropriate RFID tags and determine placement locations.
   • Analyze design requirements for computer or electronic systems and select project materials for installation.
   • Perform site analyses to determine system configurations and identify potential obstacles.
   • Determine means of integrating RFID devices into other applications and operational methods.
   • Conduct validation and acceptance tests of equipment or processes.
   • Provide technical support for RFID technology during and after installation.
   • Test system performance post-installation to ensure proper operation.
   • Verify compliance of applications with standards and practices.
   • Train users on system operations and proper procedures.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed documentation of programs, systems, and processes.
   • Stay updated with industry research and document new technologies for future implementations.
3. Client and Stakeholder Management:
   • Understand client needs, provide updates, and conduct training sessions.
   • Offer technical support during and after software installation.
   • Maintain good rapport with clients and resolve queries effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, electronics & electrical engineering, or a related field.
• RFID Application Development & Implementation certification is preferable.
• 3-5 years of experience as an RFID Software Implementation Specialist.
• Knowledge of software design principles and RFID technology processes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for implementation and support.
