Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a friendly retail team member to join a well-established bookstore and grow customer service and sales skills. You will welcome customers, recommend books and products, and operate the cashier.

Additionally, you will help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and store operations, while keeping displays attractive. Weekend shifts are required; a stable full-time position with a supportive team awaits.

Qualifications

• Retail or cashiering experience is an advantage; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent shopping experiences.
• Recommend books, stationery, and other products based on customers' needs.
• Operate the cashier, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and general store operations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment.
