About the role

Join the dynamic team at S Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Book-keeping and accounting clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial administrative and financial support function, contributing to the smooth running of the company's operations from our Paya Lebar East office.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle all book-keeping and accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

  • Handle full sets or partial of accounts for SMEs clients;

  • Preparing of financial data for entry into accounting system;

  • Prepare goods and services tax form and do the submission;

  • Prepare Management Accounts, Financial Statements and Tax Computations;

  • Provide corporate secretarial support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, as well as managing correspondence and handling enquiries;

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2years of experience in a similar book-keeping and secretarial role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

  • Proficient in using standard office software or accounting software;

  • Knowledge of book-keeping principles and practices, as well as familiarity with relevant accounting software

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
