  • Willing to commit to shift work or work on weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
  • Manage boiler water condition and level.
  • Record and document changes accurately according to ISO standards.
  • Update plant status and inform superior about equipment failure.
  • Ensure incidents are handled and documented properly.

Job description

  • This is a Maintenance technician cum boiler operator position.

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

  • Contribute to improvement and optimization projects

  • Manage boiler water condition and level, including monitoring and controlling water consumption

  • Record and document changes in work procedures accurately and precisely according to plant ISO standards and quality management procedures

  • Update plant status – informing equipment failure or situation in time to immediate superior

  • Ensure that incidents (if any) are well-handled and properly documented with minimum disruption to operations

  • Have a safety mindset and participate actively in safety initiatives and events

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements
