Job description

Are you passionate about automotive services and customer support? We are looking for a Service Advisor (Mobile Reporting) to assist Kah Motor's customers in the event of an accident. If you have a strong understanding of motor claims and a keen eye for vehicle assessment, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customers' accident scenes during working hours.
  2. Assess accident situations and advise customers on available claim options (Third-Party or Own Damage).
  3. Provide insurance claim estimations and coordinate with surveyors.
  4. Monitor repair progress and update customers accordingly.
  5. Finalise repairs, close jobs, and issue invoices.
  6. Carry out any other related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Nitec in Automotive.
  2. At least 1 year of riding experience (Class 2B/2A), Company bike provided for work-related duties.
  3. Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  4. Basic computer literacy.
  5. Knowledge of motor claims framework, car components, and Autoline.
  6. Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules.
  7. Certificate in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  1. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  2. Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
