Job description

For the role of Body Therapist Reflexologist Supervisor/Manager, the candidate must understand how the body's muscles interact and be capable of treating specific body parts. The position involves working one-on-one with clients and managing a team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Job Description:

  1. Perform massages and administer other body conditioning treatments such as alcohol, lubricants, or rubbing compounds for hygienic or remedial purposes.
  2. Massage the body and feet using techniques like kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles, eliminate toxins, or relieve other conditions, using hands or tools.
  3. Administer Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments or water therapies upon client request.
  4. Provide guidance to clients on activities such as exercises for reduction or remedial purposes.
  5. Examine clients and recommend suitable body conditioning activities or treatments.
  6. Record treatments provided to customers accurately.
  7. Supervise and manage the team effectively.
  8. Maintain staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  9. Oversee daily operations and staff duties of the company.
  10. Report company operations and updates to the director.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma qualification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Additional requirements:

  • Willing to work 6 days per week.
  • Prepared to do overtime and long hours if necessary.

Work details:

  • Experience: Over 3 years.
  • Working hours: 10:00-22:00 (including lunch and dinner breaks).
  • Good personal hygiene and hygiene habits.
  • Physical stamina required due to massage work.
