BMW Service Technician (Full-Time) – Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd

About the role

As a BMW Service Technician at Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the premium vehicles in our care. This is a full-time position based in our Redhill location in the Central Region, where you will put your expertise and passion for automobiles to work in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled maintenance and service on BMW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Repairing and replacing parts as needed to restore vehicles to optimal performance
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain work carried out and provide recommendations
• Verification of vehicle functions and its subsystems
• Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in automotive repair or a relevant trade certificate
• At least 1 years of experience as a vehicle service technician or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of BMW vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and keeping up with the latest technologies
