Job summary

EETARP ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BMS Applications Programmer to coordinate PLC- SCADA integration and support graphical design for projects. You will work with customers to capture requirements, develop control logic and create documentation for commissioning and maintenance.

Candidates should have strong electrical/ACMV knowledge, SQL/MS SQL and Access skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Travel for projects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, program and integrate PLC with SCADA per project specs.
• Support project manager in graphic submission and customer requirements.
• Database management for SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft Access.
• Meet with customers to understand needs and present the product.
• Prepare engineering documentation including control panels, logic sequences and diagrams.
• Provide programming implementation and troubleshooting support.
• Support testing and commissioning stages.
• Prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals.
• Provide training to customers.
• Guide junior engineers on best practices and problem solving.

Job Description

• Coordinate, program and integrate PLC with SCADA as per project specification and design.
• Support project manager in graphic submission and customer requirement.
• Database management for SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft access.
• Meeting with customer to understand the needs, as well as present to them the product.
• Prepare engineering documentation including point schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, as well as system architecture diagrams.
• Programming implementation and troubleshooting support.
• Provide technical support during testing and commissioning stages.
• Prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals.
• Provide training to customers.
• Provide guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving skills to junior engineers

Requirement

• Knowledgeable on electrical and ACMV system.
• Familiar with SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft access database management and setup.
• Strong troubleshooting skill.

• Preferable skillset:

• Siemens TIA Portal (PLC programming)
• Ignition Platform (Graphic Design)
• WinCC OA (Graphic Design)
• Zenon Copadata Platform (Graphic Design)

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
