Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic BMC Lead Architect to spearhead the architecture, design, and optimization of our BMC Helix platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix, and more than 10 years of overall IT experience, including proven leadership of technical teams in enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, service automation, and integration of BMC tools with broader enterprise systems.
