Job summary

Health Sciences Authority in Singapore seeks motivated individuals to join the Blood Resources Division - Blood bank team. You will support blood collection operations at donor centres, handle enquiries, assist with registrations, and perform haemoglobin testing.

Training will be provided prior to deployment to sites such as One Punggol, Woodlands or Dhoby Ghaut. A basic qualification and willingness to work rostered morning/afternoon/weekend shifts are required, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/Level or equivalent.
• Rostered to support morning, afternoon and weekend shifts (5-day week).
• Applicants with recognised Phlebotomy skills will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact with donors at blood collection centres; handle inquiries and schedule next appointments.
• Register donors for donation and manage phlebotomy linking.
• Conduct haemoglobin testing and assist with blood bag handling and sample tubes.
• Support blood collection team with operational admin tasks and documentation.
