Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced application support professional to troubleshoot production issues across Solaris and Linux environments, and to manage containerized workloads on AWS ECS/EC2 and Red Hat OpenShift.

The role also involves scripting in Unix shell and using Ansible for automation. The ideal candidate will monitor performance, resolve incidents, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing operation of critical

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in application support or related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Solaris and/or Linux OS, including RHEL.
• Strong hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting and Red Hat Ansible.
• Strong experience supporting AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and deployment support skills.
• Strong banking domain experience in supporting banking applications, blockchain, digital asset trading, digital asset custody, or Trading UI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues across Solaris/Linux environments.
• Manage and support AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.
• Support Red Hat OpenShift environments, deployments, and application operations.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.
• Use Red Hat Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Monitor application performance, investigate incidents, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.
