A leading healthcare facility seeks a Business Office Executive for a night shift role to manage patient financial counselling and assist with admissions. Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This contract-to-perm position offers up to 5,000 SGD monthly and requires flexibility with night shifts.
- Work 4 nights a week, moving off days and rest days
- Timing 9pm to 7.30am

Key responsibilities are:
• Perform financial counselling, which includes an explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/Private medical insurance claims.
• Managing Pre-Admission, Admission and Discharge of patients such that patients’ information is accurately recorded and provide clear explanations of bills to patients.
• Handle the collection of deposits and payments through various modes, including credit cards, cash, and NETS, as well as prepare and process insurance claims.
• Follow up on the company/insurance’s Letter of Guarantees.
• Ensure overall accuracy in managing patients’ information and financial transactions.
• Handle enquiries and resolving issues related to admission, discharge, claims and billing.
• Achieve overall efficiency and timeliness in attending to patients, doctors, insurance and corporate companies.
• Assist in overseeing the switchboard functions.
• Assist with portering of patients as needed.
Requirements:
• Possesses a degree or a diploma in any discipline.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a four-day workweek with shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and public holidays.
• Off/rest days will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
