Job summary

You will oversee external service providers, gather user feedback, and assist engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions. The role requires a Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering and 3–5 years of healthcare experience, with a service mindset and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.

• Basic proficiency in IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for setup, operation, servicing, and decommissioning of medical devices.
• Oversee external service providers and contractors for equipment maintenance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Gather and update user feedback on upkeep, performance, dependability and overall device quality.
• Inspect, analyse, and troubleshoot faults and safety issues, supporting engineers with corrective actions.
• Ensure maintenance work meets required standards and departmental quality initiatives.
• Manage spare parts and frontline technical support inventory; assist with documentation.
• Coordinate medical equipment projects with external vendors and consultants.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by supervising engineers.
