Responsibilities

WORKING CONDITIONS

La mission principale du professeurestde faire acquérir aux élèves des connaissances, savoirs-faire et savoirs être afin de développer des compétences dans la discipline.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Enseigner les sciences de la vie et de la terre au collège et au lycée
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des situations d’apprentissage ou d’enseignement dans le cadre des programmes et référentiels français
• Transmettre des connaissances disciplinaires
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modalités d’évaluation des acquis des élèves, en liaison avec les autres enseignants ou les partenaires professionnels
• Faire acquérir des compétences incluant des capacités, des attitudes et des savoir-faire
• Maîtriser la conduite d'une classe et susciter l'intérêt et la participation des élèves et apprentis
• Assurer un suivi personnalisé des élèves en lien avec les familles et participer à leur projet d’orientation
• Contribuer au fonctionnement de l’établissement et au travail d’équipe
• Adapter son enseignement à la diversité des élèves en apportant à chacun l'appui nécessaire, et mesurer leurs acquis
• Utiliser des technologies de l'information et de la communication au service des apprentissages
• Exercice de fonctions spécifiques (coordination, professeur principal...)

COMPÉTENCES, EXPÉRIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES

• Titulaire de l’Education Nationale ou profil équivalent
• Maîtrise de la matière enseignée
• Expérience dans l’enseignement au niveau secondaire (collège et lycée) et notamment en première et terminale souhaitée
• Connaissance du système éducatif français un avantage
• Expérience dans la gestion de projet lié au développement duranble ou appétence à travailler sur cette thématique
• Sens de l’organisation et du contact
• Réactivité et disponibilité
• Capacité d’adaptation et bienveillance
• Très bonne expression écrite et orale
• Forte capacité à travailler en équipe et à s’investir dans des projets
