Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Biomedical Science with relevant clinical lab experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a clinical biochemistry lab, with leadership exposure.
• Experience with accreditation processes (CAP, ISO, JCI) and MOH licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 14 biochemistry staff, manage workflow and allocation.
• Oversee biochemical testing procedures for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Lead QA/QC activities including EQA investigations and analyser evaluations.
• Develop and implement training to enhance staff biochemistry skills.
• Ensure documentation, audits, and corrective actions across testing processes.
