About the Program

This position is part of the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) — a short-term, hands-on initiative designed to give university students or recent graduates practical experience in Web3 engineering. The role focuses on internal tooling and quality assurance, which are crucial for maintaining Binance's extensive infrastructure.

• Collaborate with various teams to gather tooling requirements.
• Design and develop internal systems that enhance developer workflows and deployment processes.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance of these tools.
• Support and manage testing environments.
• Assist in configuration management and troubleshooting for development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s program.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and software development pipelines.
• Basic experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Availability to start from April 2024 for a 3–6 month term.
