About the Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a structured, short-term opportunity for early career professionals and students. It offers real work experience in the Web3 and blockchain industry, coupled with skill-building, networking, and mentorship. It’s designed to launch careers in one of the world’s most disruptive industries.

  • Current university students
  • Recent graduates (typically within 12 months post-graduation)
  • Research, develop, and write employee stories that showcase Binance’s culture, values, and team.
  • Produce engaging content for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Binance Blog, and internal communication channels.
  • Support and help implement employer branding campaigns to highlight the employee experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to source real and authentic voices from across Binance.
  • Curate and schedule content across multiple media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Proven strength in writing and storytelling; preferably with experience in blogs, corporate comms, or journalism.
  • Passion for employer branding, culture, and people-first initiatives.
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful—eager to reach out to others to source content and stories.
  • Ability to write in a clear, concise, and creative style.
