Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) internship offers early career talent hands-on experience in public relations and influencer management within the crypto industry. You will help build relationships with KOLs, support events, and coordinate communications while representing the brand at key activities.

Open to recent graduates or final-year students in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related fields, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Presentable, confident; comfortable at events with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced crypto environment.
• Interest in crypto/blockchain is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage KOLs aligned with brand values.
• Support Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with PR goals.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Brand KOL BD individuals to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young, fresh graduate with strong communication skills to gain hands‑on experience in public relations and influencer management within the fast‑paced crypto industry.

As a Brand KOL BD member, you will assist in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, support event coordination, and help manage communications during critical situations. You will be the face of our brand at KOL events and play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration and positive public perception.

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.
