Job summary

ATLANTIC ENGINEERS M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Technician to create, develop, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for buildings and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to produce accurate drawings, models, schedules, and construction information in a fast-paced environment. You will use Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of BIM principles and workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and preferably AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical/construction drawings.
• Good understanding of building construction and materials.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Previous BIM experience is preferred for experienced positions.
