Job summary

BIMAGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Lead to manage a team of coordinators and modellers across Singapore projects. You will develop BIM Execution Plans, coordinate with designers and clients, and ensure data integrity and security within the BIM environment.

The role requires at least 6 years of BIM experience, knowledge of ISO 19650, and the ability to travel to multiple sites. Applicants should be proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or GIS/building science.
• At least 6 years of BIM design and/or construction experience.
• Experience on Singapore projects with BIM implementation.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM team (coordinators and modellers) on-site and off-site.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan for projects.
• Travel across Singapore to various project sites as required.
• Coordinate between designers and clients to ensure efficiency.
• Manage BIM standards, data security and model integration.
• Produce monthly BIM progress and status reports for management.
• Train and mentor colleagues on BIM software and processes.
• Audit BIM data and report metrics per customer requirements.
• Support sales with BIM data for proposals and presentations.
• Stay updated on BIM software trends and implement improvements.
