Job summary

A leading company in architecture is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to create and oversee BIM Design Models and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in REVIT/BIM, particularly in office, retail, residential, or mixed development projects. Excellent knowledge of the Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process and effective communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential for this role. Job description

Responsibilities

• Create BIM Design Models and documentation in accordance with DCA's procedures and standards

• Create library for projects

• Preparations of REVIT 3D plans

• Oversee BIM project and coordinate between BIM Modelers/Specialists

• Ensure Modeling Quality Control

• Communication with project team to translate design in 3D models

• Feedback to designers about clashes and other design issues

• Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers

Qualities and skills required

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in REVIT/BIM for architectural projects with office/retail/residential/mixed development experience

• English/Mandarin, spoken and written is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Parametric design tools is an advantage

• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, Authorities' requirements, codes and guidelines

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including REVIT

• Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage
