Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a skilled BIM professional to develop and manage models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project execution plans in Singapore. You will coordinate BIM models with architects, consultants, and contractors, perform IFC exports and clash detection, and support Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities to improve project delivery.

Diploma or degree in Architecture or BIM and 3–5+ years of hands-on BIM experience are preferred, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, BIM, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of BIM experience in architectural/construction environments.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD modelling and documentation; ArchiCAD certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and familiar with drafting standards.
• Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Solibri.
• Familiarity with local regulations and BIM standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good time management and task coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, set up, and maintain BIM models per project requirements.
• Manage model data, parameters, attributes, and ensure accuracy for interoperability.
• Facilitate model exchanges between ArchiCAD and other software platforms.
• Export models in IFC format as per project-specific requirements.
• Perform clash detection and support Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and resolve coordination issues to maintain accuracy and constructability.
• Utilize BIM tools effectively to support project documentation and coordination.
• Ensure compliance of models and documentation with drafting standards and local regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and adhere to quality standards.
