Job summary

A leading company in the construction sector seeks a BIM professional to lead digitalisation efforts in project teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in BIM modelling, coupled with strong teamwork and independent working capabilities. You will be responsible for advancing BIM, maintaining QA/QC standards, and ensuring seamless design coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modelling and management.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and MS Office.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is drive digitalisation efforts within the project teams for the purpose of delivering an IDD project. Be a champion in the advancement of BIM, VDC and digitalisation
• Proficient with M&E 3D Models
• Provide inputs to improve QA/QC monitoring for alignment with organisation VDC/IDD standards
• Updating of organisational BIM templates and standardisation documentation
• Creation and monitoring of 2D/3D families
• Lead a team of Modellers/Senior Modellers and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Support design coordination with technical teams, Client, subcontractors via VDC
• Run QA/QC check for correct parameters and attributes for 5D Cost Management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in M&E Engineering
• Proven track record with at least 4 years full experiences with BIM modelling and management, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks & MS Office
• Preference of basic knowledge on Dynamo & Civil3D usage
• Have experience with 4D and 5D implementation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
