BIM Specialist

Job requirements:

1. Create parametric and line-based models in Revit. Familiarity with mechanical engineering design for plant engineering and automation systems will be an advantage.

2. Create phase-planning in BIM.

3. Create 2D and 3D shop drawings, as-built drawings.

4. Create 3D walk-through of entire automation systems.

5. Proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM Collaborate Pro to manage design process with client.

6. Proficient in BIM software (Revit) and other CAD software.

7. Attend occasional tele-conference meetings with clients in other time zones.

8. Attend technical and BIM meetings with clients or their representatives as required; coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes.

Other requirements:

1. Able to communicate effectively in English.

2. Possess BIM certificate(s).

3. 3 years’ experience as a BIM modeler, with experience in modelling of MEP systems.

4. Willing to learn mechanical design of automation systems.
