Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Engineers in the design and drafting of plumbing, sanitary and fire protection engineering works.

• Understand design intent and create/update BIM models.

• Produce BIM documentation for authority submission.

• Perform clash detection and resolve technical issues

• Coordinate and communicate with project team.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM Modelling works in built / construction industry.

• Conversant in international or local codes and regulations as well as authority submission procedures.

• Proficient in design knowledge, CAD (AutoCAD) and REVIT.

• Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills.

• Good communication skills and a team player.
