Job summary

A leading company in the engineering sector is looking for a skilled BIM Specialist to create BIM content and manage production documents. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&E 3D modeling, experience in relevant projects, and the ability to liaise effectively with teams for shop drawing production. This role requires strong attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in mix development / hospital / hotel projects.
• Experience in piping / sprinkler / chilled water pipe.
• Local/PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM content and production documents for BIM assisted projects.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Ensure professionalism in delivering BIM models.

Job description

Job Information:

• Working Day: 5 days

• Working Hour: 8am-6pm

• Salary: $3,000-$4,500

• Working Location: Yio Chu Kang Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.

• Proficient with M&E 3D Models.

• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.

• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models.

• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent.

• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings.

• Creation of 2D families.

• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness).

Job Requirement:

• Min 2 years experience in mix development / hospital / hotel projects with 3D modelling skill in piping / sprinkler / chilled water pipe

• Diploma / degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering

• Min 2 years experience in M&E tradeLocal/PR preferred
