Job description

• Industry: M&E Construction

• Location: Based on site allocation

• Basic salary up to $4200 for BIM Modeller (Electrical)

• Basic salary up to $6500 for BIM Manager (ACMV)

BIM Modeller (Electrical - Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update BIM models for electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting, ELV).

• Produce coordinated shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings in Revit or AutoCAD.

• Collaborate with project engineers, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines (e.g., ACMV, plumbing).

• Ensure all BIM models are accurate, clash-free, and in accordance with project specifications and BIM standards.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Maintain documentation and version control of BIM files.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.

• 2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling for electrical systems in construction projects.

• Good understanding of M&E coordination and construction drawings.

• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

BIM Manager (ACMV – Construction Projects)

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the BIM process for ACMV systems from design to construction stage.

• Lead a team of BIM modellers and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines.

• Review and validate all ACMV BIM models and shop drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM execution plans.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues using BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).

• Maintain model versioning, BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.

• Support project and site teams with technical inputs and updates on model progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM for ACMV systems; prior BIM team leadership experience preferred.

• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM documentation standards.

• Familiar with construction methods and HVAC/ACMV system design.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to lead internal teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
