Job summary

A well-established ACMV company is looking for a skilled professional in Building Information Modelling (BIM). The candidate will play a vital role in preparing tender drawings and ensuring the MEP services are clash-free. This position offers a competitive salary and requires expertise in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts and schematics.
• Review design drawings for technical compliance.
• Coordinate MEP services to ensure clash-free design.
• Produce detailed shop/installation drawings based on BIM models.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in Revit MEP

Proficient in Navisworks Manage

Strong understanding of MEP systems

Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination

Education

Job description

Well Established ACMV Company (MNC)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $4000 - $6500 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Location: Commonwealth

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage.

Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from BCA Academy or an equivalent recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

• Review consultant’s design drawings, specifications, and contract documents for technical compliance.

• Provide technical support to project teams by delivering high-quality CAD and BIM outputs.

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings based on project specifications, contract drawings, and technical submittals.

• Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services using AutoCAD and Navisworks to ensure clash-free design.

• Produce detailed shop/installation drawings based on coordinated BIM models.

• Create and maintain Revit models, including the development of custom Revit families.

• Attend and contribute to CAD/BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders.

• Ensure all drawings are prepared on time, meet project specifications, and adhere to quality standards.

• Manage the submission and approval of shop drawings with consultants and clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).

• Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination.
