BIM Modeller/ Drafter

Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works

Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC

Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties

Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
3. Candidate with HDB projects drafting experience will be an advantage
4. Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
