Job summary

A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a BIM Manager with expertise in VEP and VDC methodologies to oversee design processes and coordination with consultants and contractors. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, especially on HDB projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry.
• Candidate must have HDB projects drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies.
• Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC.
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions.

• Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
• Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works
• Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
• Candidate must have HDB projects drafting experience
• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
