JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drafting: Create precise civil and structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software. Interpret and implement design concepts provided by engineers or architects into detailed and accurate drawings.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate with civil and structural engineers to ensure that drafting designs align with project specifications and requirements. Review design documents to identify potential conflicts or issues and propose solutions
• Document Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings, revisions, and related project files. Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Address feedback and revisions promptly to meet project deadlines.
• Communication: Collaborate with project teams, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address design-related queries and provide clarifications. Participate in design review meetings and contribute insights to improve the overall design process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Familiar with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Knowledge of Bentley, Fuzor, Synchro, Navisworks is advantageous
• Understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and construction methods.

The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records and professional skills.
