Job summary

A leading company in fire protection is seeking a skilled drafter proficient in BIM software to manage and create building models. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of drawings, compliance with specifications, and collaboration with project teams. Relevant experience in fire prevention systems will be a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings on time for all projects
• Develop and manage 3D building models using BIM software
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
• Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updated
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
