Responsibilities:

• Support the BIM Manager in developing, coordinating, and maintaining structural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and deliver accurate visuals, shop drawings, and construction documentation to support project execution.

• Coordinate with consultants and other trade teams to resolve clashes and interface issues using BIM coordination tools.

• Extract key data from BIM models for quantity take-off, logistics planning, and other construction requirements.

• Collaborate with the Project Planner to develop 4D construction sequencing models.

• Work closely with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data exchange and version control.

• Be prepared to support on-site execution, including temporary relocation to project sites in Singapore or overseas as required.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Architectural, Structural, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks or BIM 360 is an advantage.

• Prior experience as a BIM Modeller or Coordinator, with a strong focus on structural detailing and shop drawing production.

• Solid understanding of building construction processes and the ability to apply BIM tools to support real-world construction needs.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Tech-savvy and open to learning and adopting new tools and technologies.
