Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a skilled professional to develop detailed shop job drawings and coordinate with Architects and Engineers. The role involves creating accurate drawings for construction and ensuring effective multidisciplinary coordination. Candidates should be proficient in utilizing BIM software and supporting tender processes. This position is key in assisting site colleagues and collaborating with vendors to ensure project completion successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop job/working drawings (Architectural/Structural) to aid project construction.
• Coordinate and rectify errors in plans and specifications with Architects/Engineers/M&E.
• Assist site colleagues in providing timely and accurate shop drawings for construction.
• Consult with site colleagues to resolve drawing discrepancies, redesign, and minimize issues.
• Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to prepare accurate drawings for site use.
• Create as-built drawings for project completion submission/handover to clients/consultants.
• Utilize BIM software for Arch/M&E/Structural drawing.
• Support tender processes in BIM/drafting as required.
• Attend technical meetings when necessary.
• Ensure effective Multi-Disciplinary coordination works are carried out.
