A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a BIM Modeller to manage architectural models and documentation. Responsibilities include creating BIM models, producing documentation, and coordinating with team members. The role offers a salary range of $3000-$4000 and requires working from Monday to Friday. This position is located in Farrer Park.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models.
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission.
• Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric).
• Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members for further details.

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6.30pm)
Salary: $3000-$4000
Location: Tessensohn Rd(Farrer Park)
