Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller to prepare 3D BIM models in accordance with Singapore standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, manage RFIs, and utilize BIM tools for clash detection and coordination while attending necessary meetings.

This permanent role requires a Diploma in Building Information Modelling and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The salary package includes a basic salary of up to $4,700 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling or a related field.
• Certification in Autodesk Revit (Architectural, Structural, or MEP).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D BIM models in accordance with Singapore BIM standards.
• Work closely with the project team on accurate information transfer.
• Use BIM tools for clash detection and coordination.
