The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator who can work independently as well as part of a team on our projects. The BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator will work as part of a Multi-Discipline Team of Consultants providing comprehensive and fully integrated design services.

Duties/Areas Of Responsibility

• Design, prepare, and update fire protection systems such as sprinkler, fire alarm, wet riser, dry riser, hosereel, fire hydrant, etc., including layout, section detail, and schematic drawings in shop, detailed, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Coordinate with PM/PE and Main Contractor on detail drawings, layout planning, and site requirements.
• Create and revise drawings as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with supervisor instructions.
• Develop high-quality, accurate drawings independently and review them thoroughly before submission.
• Collaborate with designers and site engineers on drawing specifics and client requests.
• Maintain drawing records and keep reports up to date.
• Discuss engineering issues with clients when necessary.
• Be a strong team member, collaborator, and self-starter.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Design, or relevant fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in M&E, preferably in fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, other BIM software, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Autodesk applications.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection system design principles and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Training available for candidates with less experience.
