Job summary

FAST FLOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller to produce and coordinate 2D and 3D shop drawings for BIM submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.

You will work with Architectural, Structural, and MEP trades, manage multiple projects, and use AutoCAD and Revit to sketch, build, and verify drawings, contributing to design integrity across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, or Mechanical trades.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D shop drawings for BIM submissions.
• Ability to work with in-house software to support design accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D shop drawings for BIM submission with minimal supervision.
• Submit shop drawings on time, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation.
• Enforce strict compliance with system standards on all shop drawings.
• Coordinate and verify drawings with Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D for BIM submission.

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller produces and coordinates 2D and 3D shop drawings for BIM submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D shop drawings for BIM submission with minimal supervision
• Submit shop drawings on time, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation
• Enforce strict compliance with system standards on all shop drawings
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Identify and report deviations from original design intent to supervisors promptly
• Sketch, build, and generate schematics using in-house software to support design accuracy
• Coordinate and verify drawings with Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to ensure project alignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit 3D modelling software
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, or Mechanical trades
• Possess a Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Architecture, Mechanical, Civil, Building, or equivalent
