Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to assist in creating and updating BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity and quality of models while generating essential documentation and shop drawings. Your expertise in Revit, along with a diploma in a relevant field, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality BIM Model outputs for construction and fabrication. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BIM Models for C&S, Reinforcement, or Electrical & Mechanical projects.
• Proficient in Revit and capable of timely model completion.

• Ensure quality and integrity of BIM Models and generate necessary documentation.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information.
• Ensure integrity and quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural / Electrical & Mechanical.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement / Architectural / Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit.
• Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
• Knowledge in Bentley Open Building Designer and Dynamo will have an added advantage.
