Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for BIM modelling works and preparing shop drawings required for projects and relevant submissions.

Prepare accurate drawings and BIM models according to instructions from the Project Manager/Design Manager for construction or building works.

Ensure BIM models are delivered with quality, diligence, and in a timely manner.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in BIM models during the design stage.

Provide onsite support related to BIM models in conjunction with actual construction progress.

Develop mechanical and electrical systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts, and manage drawing registers and standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned.
