Job Opportunity: BIM Specialist (Singapore Based, Project Site at Tengah)

• Location: Singapore (Project site at Tengah)

• Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with overtime)

• Qualifications: Possess BCA Academy Specialist Diploma in BIM Modelling (advantageous) and relevant experience in ACMV industry

• Salary Range: $4700 to $5200

Job Scope

1. Assist in tender drawings preparation (layouts, schematic, and single line)

2. Support project team with technical delivery using required software

3. Create 2D and 3D drawings based on contract drawings, specifications, and technical submittals

4. Coordinate all MEP services in AutoCAD and Navisworks platforms

5. Prepare shop and installation drawings based on coordinated models

6. Create Revit models and families

7. Attend drawings coordination meetings (CAD and BIM)

8. Ensure all drawings are prepared timely, meeting quality and specification requirements

9. Submit shop drawings for client approval

10. Prepare working drawings for site installation

11. Prepare as-built drawings after site installation and obtain client approval

12. Prepare operation manuals and maintenance drawings records

13. Maintain project drawings and keep records
