Job summary

GRACE HR SOLUTIONS in Singapore is seeking an Archi BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for major infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate data exchange and compliant deliverables for construction and authority submissions.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is essential. You will manage BIM data, generate shop drawings and coordination reports, and uphold project standards and regulatory requirements throughout

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation in large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of construction documents, standards and BCA regulations.
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Construct and update BIM models for projects.
Identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes using BIM software across disciplines.
Generate technical drawings and deliverables for construction and submissions.
Maintain BIM model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate information exchange.
Conduct model reviews and generate reports to support coordination.
Plan and manage BIM data according to project requirements and standards.
