About the role

As a BIM Modeler (Electrical) at LIAN TONG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED', you will play a pivotal role in the company's electrical engineering projects. This full-time position is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will involve utilising Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed 3D models of electrical systems and components.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure BIM models adhere to design specifications and industry standards

• Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g. architectural, mechanical) to integrate BIM models and resolve any clashes or conflicts

• Assist in the creation of construction documentation, shop drawings, and other project deliverables

• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and technologies, and provide training and support to the team

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's BIM processes and workflows

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, in Singapore Condo &HDB Project

• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or equivalent

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and other technical documents

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve design conflicts

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the engineering team and other stakeholders

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering
