Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant BIM experience.

• Able to resolve discrepancies effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drawing work using BIM software as assigned by the Manager/Engineer in charge
• Update models and notify Project Manager of any changes
• Liaise with architects and coordinate drawing submissions
• Input detailed finishing elements into drawings as needed
• Check for clashes and ensure drawing accuracy
• Coordinate and monitor the shop drawing submission schedule
• Produce and revise shop drawings based on engineer/manager inputs
Ensure timely turnaround of revised drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant BIM experience
• Proficient in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit (Archi & MEP), Navisworks
• Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP integration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies
Good communication and teamwork skills
